Gossip might be the ultimate tech product. It costs nothing to produce, it scales fast and drives early adoption like nothing else.
Real knowledge, on the other hand, takes years to fructify. It is challenged by equally competent intellectuals, peer reviewed, put out there for scrutiny with peers incentivized to find loopholes in your logic. Talk to any serious university professor or researcher, they will recount stories of their process of getting published.
It is not that real knowledge does not scale. The timeline is different.
