If someone criticises you and you feel bad, perhaps you should introspect a little.

Remember when someone said something to you and it felt like a gut punch? Ever wondered if there was some truth in the criticism? Perhaps you felt attacked at your weakest point? Did the other person point your attention to something you knew was wrong but you had willingly brushed that uncomfortable truth?
