<Dec 13, 7 pm IST> In this workshop, we will come together to write down our goals for 2025. Participants will have a template to fill and we will do our best to assign accountability buddies so that you can keep track. The key is to pick goals that move the needle for you.
<Dec 20, 6 pm IST> Network Capital founder Utkarsh will be in Delhi, and looks forward to meeting you.
<Jan 5, 5 pm IST> Large language models have changed the way we think about writing. Being an average writer is no longer an option. We need to learn to bring our unique voice to the words we shape. Join us to learn new techniques and mental models to take your writing to the next level.
Jeff Bezos spoke at the Dealbook Summit where he shared how he works. You will notice how he focuses on a few things that really matter. Far from retiring, he seems to be working harder than before - 9 am - 7 pm meetings, then reading and reflecting. He also explains his decision to not endorse a candidate via The Washington Post. You may not find it convincing but it is worth a listen.
We also broke down his shareholder letters over the years. Take notes as you read it.
His regret minimization framework is a useful mental model. Keep it in mind.

“I am also lucky that my philanthropic philosophy has been enthusiastically embraced – and widened – by both of my wives. Neither I, Susie Sr. nor Astrid, who succeeded her, believed in dynastic wealth. Instead, we shared a view that equal opportunity should begin at birth and extreme “look-atme” styles of living should be legal but not admirable. As a family, we have had everything we needed or simply liked, but we have not sought enjoyment from the fact that others craved what we had.”
Have a great week ahead!
