Happy mother’s day. Utkarsh’s mom and grandmom played a pivotal role shaping the vision of Network Capital. The whole idea of democratizing mentorship emerged from seeing them work day after day, constantly looking out for others in need. It is an apt day to celebrate their myriad contributions towards our broader mission.

From Flipping Burgers at McDonalds to Shaping Culture Globally

Sheehan Quirke was born in the parochial backwaters of England. He got a degree in law but never had the intention of becoming a lawyer. Quirke used to be a guard before taking up a job at McDonalds. In May, 2022, he quit his job flipping burgers to focus on something he intrinsically cared about - culture, art and ideas.

This is what an average post by Quirke looks like:

Brazil is home to some of the most beautiful and diverse architecture in the world, from Baroque to Brutalism. Here's just a few of the best: Library of the Royal Portuguese Cabinet of Reading, Rio de Janeiro (1887)
