Prior to Swaniti, Bhattacharya was working at the World Bank as an Associate on on Labor Market Issues. Her work experience includes working in firms like UNFPA and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. She is a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University.
